Extremely disappointed with the children’s place customer service and website i’ve been trying to log in to my account since place cash became useable and no matter what I try or how many times I try I cannot log in to my account I have 10 worth of points to use even though I should have more and I also could earn points with my order that i’m about to place but I can’t because I can’t log in to my account I called customer service and finally got through after 2 days only for them to tell me to try everything that i’ve already tried also emailed customer service multiple times and to tell me that they’re sending me a Funny Today’s Number Is Zero Zero Kids Are Listening To Me Ah Ah Ah shirt temporary password that should fix the problem the problem is obviously with their site as i’ve seen multiple comments stating issues with the site and I still haven’t gotten the email they said they would send after I spend this place cash it is very unlikely that I ever shop here again due to poor customer service and multiple site issues and shady business handling my husband also tried to create an account to see if it was an issue with my account and he was not able to make an account either I love the clothes and prices for the kids but the technological issues is just not worth it. Disappointed in vs I currently live in pender county nc which was devastated by hurricane florence we have 700 students in our schools whose homes were destroyed and the children are now displaced I was given the opportunity to take on the teens group for our holiday fundraiser for those affected by hurricane florence I decided to go to some local businesses and see about donations or purchasing things at cost etc first stop was mayfaire in wilmington victoriassecret I went in there because teens love their pink line the clothing the lotions pajamas and slipper socks etc the associates looked at me like I was from mars and told me that victoriassecret doesn t donate to charities and that I could contact their home office however they don t participate in things like this it is their community too and it just so happens that their pink line right now is full of yellow black which is topsail colors I was really shocked by this as other businesses I went to gap old navy justice game stop bath body etc did not react like this at all even if their businesses don t necessarily participate in these kind of things I m a little miffed with victoriassecret I don t think I will be going back there personally I just didn t appreciate the way that they treated me or acted like it was below them to help their community it may not be the feelings of the entire company but I for one really felt like they didn t care.
